I have a variable rate beginning at $90/hour for 1-on-1 sessions. This rate may be adjusted for more difficult classes.
Group session rates will vary.
I like to find a happy medium between my location and yours. Library's tend to be a nice place if we are able to make it work. Tutoring at your house is also a possibility depending on location. If the distance is far, the tutoring rate can be negotiated to account for this.
You or your student should have the material they want to work on ready to go. This could include notes, homework, or their book. If you do not have any materials ready, all I require is 24 hour notice so that I can build materials related to the topic you would like to discuss.
